County

The County Youth Reps hold a minimum of four meetings a year and attend County Board and County Management meetings. Here, they voice their opinions and vote on different topics. Youth Reps are a line of communication between their groups and the youth and the management teams. They help out at county events throughout the year. The County Youth reps organise and run the County Forum which is an annual event. This event is open to all Scouts, Ventures, and Rovers within Cill Dara county who can come together and engage in conversations they feel passionate about. The discussions can be anything from program to talking about possible improvements within the county. At the County Youth Forum, six new County Youth Reps per section are elected to be a voice for their peers and to work alongside the CPC or the Youth Rep champion.

Provincial

The youth reps hold a minimum of 4 meetings a year and attend Provincial Management Support Team Meetings, where they can bring their opinions to the table and vote on certain topics. The Provincial Youth Forum is an annual event, usually ran by the previous Provincial Youth Reps. This is where County Reps from the Province can come together and engage in conversations that the youth feel passionate about. It can be on the program or getting something changed within the county. At the meeting, six youth reps per section are elected to be a voice of their peers and to work alongside the PYPR, PPC, PC, or the youth rep champion.

National

National Youth Reps sit under the Program Services Department. They are supported by a dedicated group of mentors, most of which have experience being National Youth Rep. National Youth Reps get the opportunity to join Project Teams and the Section Programme Teams throughout their term.

The National Youth Reps organise and run the National Youth Assembly for Scouts and Ventures and Rover Focus for Rovers. These events give youth members across the three sections the opportunity to attend and participate in workshops and discuss topics that affect them and their peers. It also gives a chance to youth members to engage with the National Youth Reps and hear what they have been up to. The National Youth Reps also organise and run the National Youth Forum. This is just for County Youth Reps to attend. National Youth Forum has a similar structure to the County and Provincial Youth Forums.
